I’m Carter W. Stone, a certified holistic health and lifestyle coach, herbalist, and artist. My passion is guiding others toward healing and empowerment through an integrative approach—combining herbalism, nutrition awareness, meditation, breathwork, nature, spiritual connection, and the healing power of creative expression.
My own path—from illness, grief, and self-doubt to renewed purpose and vitality—has shaped my work. I hold space for deep transformation, helping you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit while fostering a relationship with the Divine. One-on-One Deep Dive Sessions
Ideal for newcomers or returning clients needing occasional support, these sessions focus on specific challenges or accountability check-ins, offering clarity and practical guidance.
Holistic Transformation Program
This is a 90-day Holistic Coaching Program designed to bring your health and life into harmony. It is designed for clients that are ready to commit to lasting change and are seeking guidance to redesign their life. In this program we look at all levels of our being.
Individual & Group Meditation
A practice to cultivate awareness, calm, and groundedness. Through guided imagery, mantras, mindfulness practices, and meditation, you’ll learn to observe your thoughts without judgment, release attachments, and connect to your inner freedom and well-being.

Therapists diagnose disorders and work with traumas, while in coaching, the solution is cocreated between the coach and the client. Therapist analyze their clients past as a tool for understanding the present behavior. Coaches identify and describe current problematic behaviors so the client can work to modify them. The coach doesnt tell the client what to do but ask questions and facilitates theirs thinking process to maximize their strengths and resources

Health coaching guides you in charting your path toward wellness and helps you take a series of small, doable steps that become long-lasting, meaningful and powerful changes.

Eating habits/nutrition, finances, health maintenance, life satisfaction, possible reduction of the medications you’re using, physical activity, sleep and relaxation, stress and weight management, relationships, spiritual practices, and mindset are all areas that you can discuss with a health coach. It’s your choice as to what you want to focus on to improve your well-being.

Coaching sessions differ greatly, depending on the coaches’ and clients’ schedules, what the clients’ goals are, and a number of other factors. 60 to 90 minutes, weekly or biweekly, to help provide a safe space for each person to learn a holistic approach to wellness.”
