holistic wellness coach

My name is Carter W. Stone.

I am a certified holistic health and lifestyle coach with nearly a decade of experience studying herbalism, nutrition, mindset, and meditation.

I am also a certified herbalist through the California School of Herbal Studies, where I studied beneath David Hoffman, breath work certified and a ceramic artist, proficient at incorporating art therapy techniques into my coaching approach.

My healing journey began with me addressing my own personal struggles while seeing the benefit of working with a mentor to adapt a more holistic approach and practice. I use my experience struggling with false core beliefs, depression, anxiety, lack of purpose, grief, and questions about “who I am” to help others work through their own challenges.

I was able to use psychosomatic processes and holistic healing therapies to better empower, embody, and step into my most authentic self, helping me overcome the loss of loved ones and multiple illnesses, including a significant back injury, Lyme Disease and Mold Toxicity, among others.

Providing guidance to others who are on this healing journey to wholeness is my passion and life purpose. I believe that there is no one set way to discover and create wholeness and abundant more purposeful/ intentional living, which is why I hold space for( my clients), and foster an environment, for them to discover their own inner healing path.
